ALI ERGIN, PhD - DESIGNER AND ARTIST

He was born in 1980, Ankara.

 

Ali Ergin is an accomplished interior architect and designer with over 20 years of experience, working across Turkey, the UK, and Italy.

 

After graduating in 2003 with a degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, he honed his skills as a designer and consultant, contributing to both residential and commercial projects.

 

He won a scholarship in Domus Academy in 2004 and while pursuing his master's at Domus Academy in Milan where he collaborated with prominent designers like Fabrizio Lepore, Mario Trimarchi, and Michele de Lucchi, and designing for renowned brands such as FNAC, Camper, and Natuzzi. He also interned at Piero Lissoni's Studio in 2005, Milano.

 

He co-founded we360design and Ayaz Ergin Interiors, leading significant projects such as the People’s Republican Party Headquarters and Turkish Military Academy Laboratory. Alongside his professional work, he taught at universities in Turkey for 12 years.

 

In 2019, he established Ali Ergin Design Studio LTD. in London, continuing to be involved high-profile projects like the Harrods Men’s Outdoor Department and Chelsea Barracks.
